My brother @Diddy picked me up a bottle as a gift. It is indeed similar to Idéal Cologne though with more citrus in the opening which I might prefer to the cologne (they're extremely close though). I don't get bad performance though like some have mentioned. It's not a projection monster by any means but I got 3-4 hours of good projection and I'm going on hour 7 and it's still noticeable and decent sillage to it.

I don't think anyone needs to rush out and get it unless they love Idéal Cologne then while this won't copy it 1:1 it will give you what you have been missing. When this hits discounters I will probably pick up multiple bottles because it's an easy wear and perfect for my weather.
