I think it's amusing they are doing an "intense" version of this.

I can't imagine...

store I know has it in the back already, will try to test. I despise the OG though, gives me headaches. Apparently this is darker and more leather. But maybe (hopefully) with the higher concentration it will also be smoother.

That's interesting to hear... Normally I find Red Tobacco stays way too sweet on my skin, so I may actually prefer the intense flanker if it's darker and heavier on the leather...

Im deff in the group that the opening is to out there for me and unpleasant but I do recall liking the dry down. Wonder how they will change this... whatever the case I always do think this is kinda curious as I feel like even a lot of fans of the fragrance say they dont like the opening. And I always gotta wonder, is something worth wearing and spending money on if you dont like how you smell for the first hour or 2?

Theres deff some fragrances that im just meh or ambivalent towards the opening but wearing something I dislike just to wait to the dry down and spending on money on it is a hard sell. Its one of the reasons I dont even wear tuscan leather anymore since I had covid, the opening just bothers me now. I still like the dry down.. but do I really want to waste 3-4 hours of my day not enjoying how I smell myself? Not really.

No clue why, but instantly thought of gasoline. If anything on this planet did not need an intense version, this would be the first thing that comes to mind.

I have and like the OG. A more potent version? I can't even imagine it...

Even Carlisle is already a 'few days a year' scent for me.
Would have no use for this.
