I see, thanks! Do you think I could be having a defective bottle?I get equally good performance from both.
That could be the case.I see, thanks! Do you think I could be having a defective bottle?
Wonder if LV would be able to do anything about it?That could be the case.
Did you buy it in person at a boutique or online?Wonder if LV would be able to do anything about it?
In person at the boutique.Did you buy it in person at a boutique or online?
You could take your bottle back to the boutique and see if they would exchange it for another, but there are no guarantees. In person at the boutique.
Tried it actually, they asked me to test it and see if strangers or friends could smell me and said my nose probably got used to it, and they said if i'm still unhappy, I could drop it off in the morning and have them test it for a few hours. You could take your bottle back to the boutique and see if they would exchange it for another, but there are no guarantees.
Well I'd do it and see what the final outcome isTried it actually, they asked me to test it and see if strangers or friends could smell me and said my nose probably got used to it, and they said if i'm still unhappy, I could drop it off in the morning and have them test it for a few hours.
You bought it at the boutique? However this concludes, I'd avoid Louis Vuitton going forward. Perfume is cheap -- what sort of luxury brand can't replace a bottle of perfume if their customer has an issue? Test it for a few hours, lol, they're just wasting your time.
Yup, will do, will prolly post results here.Well I'd do it and see what the final outcome is
Ok this lines up with my findings as well. I suppose everyone claiming ON screams is overstating it a bit.Sauvage Elilxir is louder throughout the wear, I think, when they are both applied with the same amount of sprays.
I have had Ombre Nomade since before it was sold in the States. While it has a bold opening, it actually calms down quite a bit. It doesn't SCREAM the whole time, but it does last a very, very long time. Seriously. When I wear it, I can put the shirt away and it will still smell like Ombre Nomade weeks later. Even if I put the shirt immediately in the laundry, it will come out still smelling like Ombre Nomade.
Yeah i get you, although they did say if i was unhappy after i tested it, they'd be willing to do something about it.You bought it at the boutique? Sauvage Elixir is far stronger than Ombre Nomade, though the latter is more beautiful.Hey guys, I recently got a bottle of ombre nomade and was surprised as it didn't perform as well as everyone claimed. I compared it to sauvage elixir and the elixir seems to be significantly stronger. Has anyone else had similar experience?
Thank you for confirming! Almost got worried, but now I'm at ease if this is the general consensus.Sauvage Elixir is far stronger than Ombre Nomade, though the latter is more beautiful.
I enjoy Sauvage Elixir, it inflames whatever is around and can come across overbearing at times.
I'm guessing the list includes ombre nomade as well?Sauvage Elixir lasts about twice as long as any LV I've tried and I've tried most of them
