Looking for a scent that incorporates woods, oud, and leather

To be more specific, I'm thinking of something with assorted woods along the lines of Straight to Heaven, Gucci Last Day of Summer, CDG Wonderwood etc (the woods in all of these being cedar heavy, although Wonderwood is drier where the others are slightly sweet), "mixed" with an oud that leans designer i.e. Oud Wood.

While similarly mass pleasing "ouds" such as what Kurkdijan puts out, or say, Oud for Greatness, and many Montales are too overtly sweet and synthetic for me (more so than Oud Wood), on the other end of the spectrum I tend to shy away from more realistic blue cheese type ouds ala Bortnikoff. If anyone is familiar with the style of oud Fueguia tends towards, that's about the level of headiness I can handle.

All of this, topped with leather ala Tom Ford.

I've tried Dior's Leather Oud which frankly smelled of powdery urine to me, unless my sample from The Perfumed Court was off. I've tried Ombre Nomade, but its still too sweet for me (also not the biggest fan of rose being in the mix). The closest I've gotten to this scent profile is Gucci Voice of the Snake but its still missing something- the fake leather accord is too nondescript and I want more woods supporting the oud (I'm aware that like Last Day of Summer its by Morillas, which led me to try his Mizensir line, similarly to no avail).

Apologies if this is getting too specific but I was wondering whether there still might be something along these lines that I have yet to sample, or whether I might be stuck just layering scents. Thanks!

Floris Leather Oud is highly recommended and fairly priced. Perhaps not having the assortment of woods you are after but definitely nailed the Leather and oud.

Did you consider wonderoud?

Papyrus Oud 71 - Parle Moi de Parfum: this is a remix of Gucci Homme (same perfumer) with oud added. It's very accessible, perfect blend of designer and niche aesthetics. The oud is a similar one used in Tom Ford's Oud Wood. Not so much leather in it though to my nose, but it's woody, mysterious, charming.

A nice suggestion. An easy yet interesting wear.

Quite a few great recommendations already, also adding LM Black Oud among the pricey, Epic Maze by Al Aneeq among the more affordable ones.

Hmm,

You could layer Tom Ford's Oud Wood + Tuscan Leather and presto. You've likely got a wonderful version of what you're asking for.

I'm very tempted to eventually buy Tom Ford's Oud Minerale. I think I remember a Tom Ford clerk at Nordstrom layering Oud Minerale + Lost Cherry and it was amazing, but she might have layered Oud Wood + Lost Cherry. I can't quite remember the combo, but pretty sure it was Oud Minerale in the layering. I think some of Tom Ford's scents are intended to be layered by customers.

So woody/leathery (a lot), not too sweet (exit Dior Homme Parfum and LO Nerotic), not too edgy (exit TF London, Montale Aoud Cuir d'Arabie and Beaufort Iron Duke), what I'm left to recommend is

Amouage - Epic man : really easy to wear, "mainstream with a twist". Exactly what you want: round saffrony oud, with leather undertones, mixed to perfection with a bit of myrrh/incense. Performance is moderate: that is easy to wear, and still a bit more than Oud Wood (that REALLY doesn't hurt haha).

Also maybe:
Tom Ford - Oud Wood Intense (more interestingthan the original, but still mainstream)
Guerlain - Oud Khol (easy to wear)

If you're ok with a bit more spices:
Amouage - Opus VII
Guerlain - Bois Mysterieux

If you're ok with animalics (but I guess not, since you hated Dior Leather Oud):
Meo Fusciuni - Varanasi
