Hi Hednic, because of a thread initiated by Kosui, I read that your avatar was because of your experience with feeding wild Hyena's somewhere in Africa in the 1970s (not sure what country). Recently, on National Geographic I think, I saw an episode where the wild hyenas, for decades, had developed a relationship with a butcher shop in a small town and they could be hand fed. Is this where you had the amazing experience with them?

My experience happened in Harar, Ethiopia at night, feeding them mouth to mouth raw meat on a stick one foot long . Not familiar with the NG episode you cite.
