Has PdM Layton Exclusif been reformulated and made weaker?

I've smelled a great deal of Parfums De Marly offerings (aside from Haltane) and I was scouting about for some Carlisle and Layton Exclusif.

But upon hearing about bad batches and lower concentrations I'm hesitant to spend so much on what is now being described as average performing, when prior to all this it was a powerhouse - I'm talking here only about Carlisle.

My question is, is this the same for Layton Exclusif?

When was it reformulated? I have a June 2020 bottle that says "78% vol." and it is insanely loud and long lasting.

IMHO too many people are giving themselves partial anosmia by overspraying too close to their nose in most cases. That or many reformulations are using very strong artificial musks and similar aromachemicals that are causing anosmia similar to the effect Baccarat Rouge 540 has; saying that from experience because I'm one of those people who smells NOTHING from BR540 even though it's known to be massively nuclear. I also have a 2021 bottle of Aventus that is insanely beast mode that I catch whiffs of for 14 hours, and I don't even know how long it stays as a skin scent because I fell asleep and didn't keep track...

I bought an old batch of Layton not long ago. Bonkers performance, but the very same batch has been discussed on this site and highlighted as being one of the worst.

Make of that what you will.

Personally, I’m getting tired of the reformulation hysteria/paranoia
