Hi Guys,

Can you guys suggest a good Gourmand Fragrance which has a Beast Projection. I am looking out for notes like vanilla,Tonka bean, Caramel, chocolate, Almond, Coffee, some creamy accords something like that…And I definitely do not want any floral notes in it like, rose or Jasmine or any other Floral Notes.

What are some of the names that come to your mind ? when you think of Gourmand Fragrances? which has a massive projection ? and is especially something like toffee, caramel, coffee, Cookies and most importantly should have massive projection. I have just got a decanter of By Kylian Black Phantom and though the Fragrance is sweet, and just the kind that I am looking for, the projection is not really very good so any other Gourmand Fragrances that you would like to suggest based on the notes that I have mentioned above, Please share your suggestions…

Here are two very good ones:

Akro Dark

Les Indemodables Vanille Havane

Both perform really well.

is it just a coincidence that you have Fragrances name ready with the names of Vanilla, Choclate etc... :)
Both of hednic‘s suggestions have more notes going on than the name suggests and offer quite spot on what you ask for in your OP

Profumum Roma Vanitas, Sorriso and Confetto (not pictured) may be ones to read some reviews on and possibly sample.

Profumum as a line is absolutely great. One very appealing aspect is that the fragrances come in 18ml sizes. Arso and Acqua Viva are incredible. They also offer free shipping from Italy at about $200. Shipping perfume is extremely expensive. Scent Bar carries them and samples are quite reasonable. This is a first rate, creative line.

Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille fits the bill. Sluberhouse Ore would be an even better option, but may be hard to get ahold of.

Bond No.9 New Haarlem (at least my bottle that was older) had amazing performance and was a total gourmand that had a bit more going on than *just* vanilla. It definitely fulfills the desire for a pancake / cookie / waffle with syrup type gourmand.

Lemon cake + woody star anise. I coveted it for a long time. Then, when I finally got it, I sold it after wearing once, because it was SO DAMN STRONG.

Some of the Middle Eastern houses have brutally strong ( and maybe without much nuance? Subjective obvs!) And seem to favour them gourmand notes. Something called Navitus Parfums. Strewn with yummy notes like caramels, cacoa and other fancy things!?

L'homme Ideal Guerlain for me is mega strong and long lasting. The original EDT that is.
