I'm not really an expert, but here are the shops I know of in Gent:

As far is I know, none of these have any niche products. Apart from that, the selection is pretty good.

There's also a department store:

Again, no niche stuff.

There used to be a shop in the Hoogpoort street where they sold fragrances, including Creed, but it seems to have shut down. Maybe they just moved, but then I have no idea where. (I found it by asking some guy in another store if they sold Creed, and they said they didn't, but that this shop that also happened to sell male lingerie probably sold it. So I went there some day and stayed there for an hour, ignoring everything else and sampling Creed stuff.)

Anyway...

Final store I know of isn't in Gent itself, but a town nearby:

I have never actually been there, but they sell Creed and I ordered and got a bottle of Erolfa a few months ago, and a bottle of BdP a week ago, which hasn't arrived yet. (Edit: it has now arrived. This is some strong stuff too.)

That's about it, if I find any more I'll post them. If I ever go to the last store (which I'll have to do before I order anything else there), I'll try to remember and post impressions.

If anybody else knows any good shops with interesting stuff, please post where they are.

Are there any updates for Gent?

I know that there is now a store were they sell Serge Lutens.
But does someone know if there are other Niche stores in Gent that openend recently?

This is definitely late reply, but hey, might be useful for other people. The following blog gives a good overview of different cities. Ghent is grouped together with other cities in region flanders. I tend to use the blog if I go somewhere I feel doing some fragrance shopping.

Belgrado in Gent sells niche stuff
In Antwerp the cheapest niche seller is la maison du parfum.
In Lille/Rijsel you can also find some exclusive fragrances !
