Fake or real?

I have bougt this Mancera Instant Crush. And I am a little curious if this is real or not.. I cant find the batch code in the databases.

The dealer says:
We removing the batch because not allowed to sell under retail price in batch code full information about the buyer company. We remove it and put new fake on.

they do cut out batch codes but not put fake ones in replacement. That sounds wrong.
