Does ambroxan dissolve at 50% in IPM?

I'm buying Symrise Ambroxide crystals, and I'm wondering if it's possible to make a 50% dilution in Isopropyl Myristate? As far as I know, the maximum concentration for ethanol is around 12%. But I saw someone at Etsy selling Ambrox Super at 50% in IPM.

I find liquids easier to handle than powders, and thicker solvents would probably help the material not instantly fly off skin. I have a hard time believing 3% ambroxan in 97% ethanol would have the same longevity as that ambroxan + heavier solvents + less ethanol. Even Molecule 02 has more heavy solvents than ambroxan in it.

You may just have to make your own empirical trial.

IME 1% in DPG works as well as 10% in ethanol and DPG. No issues whatsoever. It does need some shaking and perhaps 5 min to fully dissolve its crystals.

I’ve successfully dissolved Ambrofix at 25% in IPM. It is very strong and dominates if overused, almost taking on a nail polish / acetone odour at times.

I feel 50% would be useful if you only want to work with liquids, however you might be better off just adding the crystals directly to your composition and dissolving the amount you require.
