Always wondered about this one for many years but I finally picked this one up. It's rather good for a men's masculine now that the tide has gone out. It's not earth-shattering in any way but hits a lot of great nuances - fruity, spicy, wood. I get similar vibes from Mugler B-Men!

I believe it is on its way out - it is not on the UK Diesel site anymore and it is being cleared everywhere (I think it was £19 for 50ml at the airport earlier this month). Diesel seem to be concentrating on Only the Brave line and the Bad line.

Fuel for Life Spirit was also a great fragrance but that got axed a few years ago.

Congratulations and enjoy, thanking you for this recommendation (do also happen to remember as unexpectedly decent)

I love B*Men but didn't enjoy Fuel for Life. Although I will say that Fuel is a nicely composed fragrance (another good one by Annick Menardo, one of my favorite perfumers). I just didn't care for the sweet milky accord created by the raspberry, lavender, and heliotrope.

Diesel Fuel For Life was fairly popular and much discussed here when it first came out.
I wouldn't have thought there was the B*Men connection - I'll have to do a side by side comaprison.
Cheers,
Renato

I find it somehow, and the emphasis is on somehow, comparable to "Womanity" by the late Thierry Mugler. Oh and to a fraction of "Allure Homme Sport Extrême" by Chanel, perhaps? I do not enjoy wearing it, probably also because I associate its relatively haptic accord and, if I remember accurately, its linear development, with something synthetic. Although so far not necessarily something which gets me excited and more of something that I like to study, so to say, but, interestingly, I do not remember such an association with the first mentioned other fragrance. The second mentioned other fragrance may have grown on me a little bit. It is now less of a deteriorated concentrated fruit sirup which was frozen, pulverised and then melted, but regular sirup undergoing this imaginary process.
