Was thinking of buying a bottle to see what this one is about, would be a 2018 bottle has anyone tried newer bottles of this? There is a lot of reformulation talk on this one, usually ends up being rumors but wanted some feedback on this one.

I have an older bottle now (white straw connector) and owned a newer one.
I think the new one is perfectly acceptable as a fresh fragrance, I think the older one is a little denser in the base.
I sold the new one, I dont need more than 4.2 oz of this.

I was curious enough to pick this up for a reasonable sum, months ago from Burlington and returned it shortly there after. In the end, I concluded that I would not want to wear it enough to justify a full bottle. YMMV.

I've been thinking of buying a bottle of Kiton black.
Wonder which of the two is better.
Never tried either it will be a blind buy.

Checked and my Kiton Men is from 2017. I like it as a classy or even an office scent. It's non-modern in that it's not full of all the synthetic junk that is popular now like blue de chanel..... but had more traditional construction. Would say for a modern designer it's actually pretty under-rated.

Kiton Men was released in the 90's so modern might not be the best word these days but I agree it's very good!

I own one that is a few years older than that. I never wear it...

I did not like Kiton Black at all, to me it's rather plain, dull, linear and feels diluted compared to the original. Weaker too IMO. There was nothing "black" about it unless you get an impression of an office full of clerks wearing same black suits.

Don't do it, my fellow Wisconsinite. Got a bottle of this frag a few years ago, based on good reviews at the time. Sounded like something I would like. Alas, it reminded me WAY too much of a floor cleaning solution we used in the military.

Thanks for the tip! Alas, I cannot find the flanker anymore only the original.
