Crooked/bent atomizer on new bottle?

Hi all,

I today bought a brand new and sealed bottle of Comme des Garcons 3, but upon opening the package I noticed the atomizer is bent. When spraying, the top part of the sprayer gets on the bottom metal part and doesn't spray. I have to pull it backwards, and then push, for it to spray correctly.....

What can I do to solve this?
I've never seen or had this happen before.

The top part of the sprayer is removeable.

I don't think they'll take any returns as the package is opened and the bottle is tried on.

Is there not any way for me to remove the mechanical insides of the sprayer? I'm pretty sure it will be fine if it gets reseated correctly.

This happens but rarely. Depending if its a crimped sprayer or crimples - will determine the "fixability" of it.

Step 1. Contact retailer and see if they can help, if no - proceed to step 2.

Step 2. Contact main brand itself - they usually are quite helpful. If no help again - step 3.

Step 3. Measure a diameter of the collar which sprayer touches, and order a replacement at aliexpress:

Step 4. Once replacement cap arrived - wrap collar of the bottle in tape, multiple layers, and wiggle it off with upward movement to reveal the sprayer mechanism. If its crimpless - then re align the mechanism correctly and push the ring down. Issue is fixed.

Step 5. If its mettal crimped sprayer - then cut it out since there is no fixing it, and replace it with crimpless sprayer from aliexpress.

I really wanted this fragrance as it's almost everywhere sold out and not really being produced anymore, but it is what it is!
