Creed Royal Oud 120ml Golden crown vs white crown

I have noticed Different presentations of creed royal oud 120ml … one has the crown in golden color and the other is plain white … wondering if it has something to do with legitimacy and when did they change it?
Pictured are two boxes from 2016 one has white crown and the other is golden…

Please guide…

Hmm....this will require input from others (who know their bottle is legit) to see if it was ever without the gold crown. Just casually perusing the pictures online shows most of them WITH the gold crown. But there are a few pics without the crown as well.

I have a 2015 2.5 oz bottle and it does have the gold crown.

I have an original launch but as I don't keep boxes, have no idea. My guess is that mine had the golden crown.

I believe the white crowns were limited to a different region. In the US, I've only seen the gold crowns.

Yeah! That’s what i think but dont have any real evidence on that …
Would be great if anyone could provide some insights … i can add more pictures if needed ..
