[Club de Nuit Intense Limited Edition Parfum] blind buy?

I do very much love the classy, sweet, and young scene of the Creed Aventus.
However, some of the famous clone fragrances do not seem to be as pleasant as Aventus; they are much bitter and darker.
Some of the similar frags I tried are :
- Explorer Montblanc (too old for me)
- Cedrat Boise Mancera (too bitter for me)
- Egoiste Platinum Chanel (too cold and old for me, though this may not be Aventus-like for you)

Unfortunately, Armaf (nor Afnan) is not available in my region
I heard that a new version of Club de Nuit Limited Edition Parfum is very nice, and having my opinions(dislikes) on the frags I listed above, do you think giving Club de Nuit Limited Edition Parfum a blind buy is okay for me?

It is Armaf, so it might not matter, but it's not as smooth as new Aventus. I believe it's more a clone of early Aventus which had more smokiness. I like it but you may not.

oh, I don't know how the older version of Aventus smells like. Are the frags above(Explorer, Cedrat Bouise, Egoist Platinum) similar to the older version of Aventus in your opinion?
If so, I may not buy CDN Limited Edition Parfum.

I haven't smelled early Aventus either, but it's said to be smoky and CDNIM is smoky. Explorer is part Aventus and part "blue" in a similar way to Y EDT or Luna Rossa Carbon. I only sampled it and don't remember smoke. Cedrat Boise has similarities to Aventus but I didn't find it like Aventus. It smelled like candy corn to me. The closest to new Aventus that I've tried is Afnan Supremacy Silver. Sorry if you can't get it there!

Both. Limited Edition is smoother in the opening and I think a little fruitier, but it's very similar to EDT. Almost identical after half an hour.

To answer your thread question, I would not blind buy this. Look elsewhere as there are so many more better choices IMO.

Can you suggest some better choices?(regarding on my opinions for the frags I tried above?)

I tried the clones that I know of; the rest of the famous clones mentioned in the forums would probably be unavailable for test

Haven't tried the Limited Edition yet but Armaf Club de Nuit Intense is excellent and is similar to Aventus - maybe drier and more ashen at the base.

From a personal viewpoint alone, while both at a good price and a certain similarity to the original post favorites- would still not rate this (admittedly from a personal and subjective, thus never fully accurate) viewpoint as a fully safe blind buy
