Chances this bottle of pdm Oajan is an older batch?

My local Nordstrom has two boxes of oajan, both the same batch. Bottom of the boxes say 78% alcohol, but as we know, PDM likes to reuse old packaging from time to time. The batch is from September 2021. So 1 year and 3 months.

What are the chances that this is the new (81%) formulation in the older packaging?

Anything is possible. My advice - if you like Oajan and are thinking about buying it, buy either one, enjoy it, and don't worry about this minute difference.

Ehhhh, reformulations kind of suck. My older, and newer batch of Layton are so different in terms of performance I wouldn’t want to take that risk again
