Musk Cologne is not only my favorite Bortnikoff…it’s one of my all time favorites as well. A true masterpiece in perfumery IMO.

Just wanted to pop in here and give my huge compliments to Bortnikoff and Balkrishnan on Santa Sangre. It’s incredible. Lush lotus, warm benzoin and dragon’s blood, creamy vanilla and sandalwood...it’s probably one of Bortnikoff’s best works in the last few years, and absolutely worth checking out.

Top notes: Bergamot, Red Mandarin, Green Mandarin
Heart notes: Jasmine, Rose, Saffron
Base Notes: Oud Oil (Thailand), Vanilla, Guaiacwood, Cedarwood

Le Voyage Oriental
Top notes: Grapefruit White, Tangerine, Bitter Orange
Heart notes: Vanilla, Nutmeg, Clove Leaf, Siberian Deer Musk, Pink Pepper
Base Notes: Vetiver samutra, Agarwood Siam

It’ll be interesting to see how Bortnikoff Jr. approaches this new scent. Russian Adam’s little brother was a huge dud and no one seemed to care. I’m curious as to how little Bortnikoff is welcomed in the community.

I think a Father/Son relationship would be a 100 times more intimate and successful!

Aww, looks like we'll have black labels from now on. I actually loved the golden ones. They were kinda over the top, but that was what I enjoyed so much about them, haha

They'd also get discolored and damaged. Hopefully, that won't be an issue with the new labels.

Yeah, the gold metal plate fell off my bottle of Santa Sangre. I need to reattach it but have’t gotten around to it yet.

I don't think I have one that isn't noticeably scratched all over the gold plate.

I keep the bottles in their boxes, so mine still look absolutely fine, but I can imagine it scratches up if you bang them around

Oh crazy, I actually had the exact same thing happen with my bottle of Santa Sangre. The bottle isnt 100% flat, and the plate wasnt on straight

Also the font on the Santa Sangre bottle looks different to my other bottles, pretty strange
