Blind bought Azzaro pour Homme today... Smells like myrhh

Today I blind bought Azzaro pour Homme 1.7 oz from TJ Max for $19.99.... I always wanted to buy this one for my collection because it's a classic one like your Polo Green, Kouros etc... Sprayed it on my hand after I walked out of TJ Max, and to me the main note on Azzaro pour Homme is myrhh... smells very classic and nice... does anyone get mainly myrhh from Azzaro pour Homme???

I am interested in re-visitng this cologne but reviews about the reformulation haven't been great. Have you tried the vintage and what kind of a difference did you notice ?

I assume this is another Elizabeth Arden re-make ? As of lately they are my least favorite perfume house.

Not exactly sure what myrhh smells like but it is still a great fragrance today. It's a classic and always receives great comments. I honestly can't tell the difference with the new reformulation over the original.

I have the newer formulation ($14 at ou K-mart), but have been testing it for about 12 years. i can't say i recollect that much of a difference between the two.
I think I'm the only one here who hasn't been grabbed by it in either formulation - it doesn't project much and isn't as loud as I'd like it.

Nope, can't say that I do. I get mostly wormwood, basil, musk and leather.

I don't really get myrrh either. I like it better before it drys down and a 7ml mini I have seems to smell better than the large bottle. maybe it is a different formulation. Anyone know when it was changed? (If it was)

I do not get Myrhh but a aromatic fresh musky spice.
