If it's a "white chocolate" note, it could be coming from veratraldehyde.
Isobutyl phenylacetate might be a possibility if it is a cocoa nuance found in honey. (Maybe it's not even in Angel but it might be of some use for a reconstruction)

About Angel type accords- I not see all formula but you use- Coumarin, patchouli EO, Ethyl maltol, lilial, galaxolide, hedione+helional+HCA in high doses!
