Since you enjoy Montblanc Explorer, maybe you'd like to try London by English Laundry and/or Club de Nuit Intense for Men (preferably the EDP) by Armaf.
Being Aventus dupes, they share some of the Montblanc Explorer DNA but are closer to the fresher, sweeter citrusy-fruity opening of the original.

I'm thinking about adding Dolce&Gabbana Pour Homme to my modest collection. They sell the most recent made in France version at our local perfume store. Is performance good? I can't get a sample and they don't have a tester at the store. And maybe you could recommend something similar? I'd appreciate your help)
My preference is D&G Light Blue or Versace Pour Homme for something similar but better. D&G Pour Homme does have it's fans though. I can't speak to the formulations of D&G Pour Homme. I know I smelled an older version and it was only fine to me. I can verify I've not smelled any difference between old and new bottles of Light Blue or Versace Pour Homme so they're safe buys.
